1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 5djl platform — whether through the website at 5djl.vu or the Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 5djl platform.

These Terms apply alongside any game-specific rules, promotion terms, and the 5djl Privacy Policy. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms take precedence unless a specific provision states otherwise.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account and use the 5djl platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• You are registering one account in your own name — multiple accounts per person are not permitted.
• You have not previously had a 5djl account suspended or permanently closed for a rules violation.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid means of identity verification. 5djl may request supporting documents — such as a government-issued ID — as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete identity verification may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account features until the process is finalised.

One person may hold only one active account on 5djl. If duplicate accounts are identified, 5djl reserves the right to close the additional accounts and, where appropriate, merge or withhold balances pending review.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5djl username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility.

You must never share your login details with anyone — including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent 5djl. Our support team will never ask for your password or full OTP. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and contact support.

5djl uses SSL encryption across all sessions — both on the website and the Android app. Biometric login is available on supported Android devices as an additional layer of account security. You are encouraged to enable this feature if your device supports it.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and PHP Transactions

All financial transactions on 5djl — including deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). There is no foreign currency component to your 5djl balance.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as Philippine online and mobile banking and local bank transfers. The full list of current payment options and any applicable minimum or maximum amounts are shown on the Deposit page.

• Deposits are credited to your account after successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• You may only withdraw funds to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are detailed on the Deposit page.

5djl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measure and does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5 Betting, Gaming Rules, and Fair Play

All games and betting markets available on 5djl — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fish games — are governed by their individual rules as displayed within each game or market. By placing a bet or starting a game session, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

5djl games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems provided by established game suppliers. Results are determined by these systems and are not adjustable by 5djl staff or the player.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Errors made by the player when selecting a stake amount or market cannot be reversed after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sporting event, 5djl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• For sports betting, official results from the relevant governing body are used for settlement. If a match is abandoned or postponed, settlement follows the rules applicable to that sport as displayed in the sportsbook.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and market. These are shown at the point of wagering.

Any attempt to exploit software errors, game vulnerabilities, or engage in collusion, match-fixing, or arbitrage betting in a manner designed to circumvent normal gaming outcomes may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5djl offers promotions for new and returning players from time to time. These include welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, and game-specific campaigns. All promotions are governed first by their own specific terms, and then by these general Terms & Conditions.

Because promotional terms change regularly, the current details — including any applicable turnover or wagering requirements — are always published on the Promotions page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding those terms before opting into any offer.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one welcome offer applies per person, household, device, and IP address.
• 5djl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts or using third-party funds — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

7 Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on 5djl:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with 5djl software or game systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 21 years of age) to access your account or the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 5djl staff in any communication channel.

5djl reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, affected funds may be temporarily withheld pending review. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be permanently closed and outstanding balances may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

5djl may suspend or close an account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other users. Where possible, 5djl will notify the account holder of a suspension and the reason for it.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. If you have a remaining PHP balance at the time of voluntary closure, it will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after any applicable verification steps are completed.

Self-exclusion is available as part of 5djl's responsible gaming tools. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or re-access the platform during their exclusion period.

9 Responsible Gaming

5djl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Online gaming involves real financial risk, and there is no guaranteed outcome or method of winning.

10 Limitation of Liability

5djl provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5djl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions or connectivity issues on your end.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Any indirect financial loss arising from your gaming activity.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where limitation of liability would be unlawful.

11 Privacy and Data

5djl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. 5djl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment providers and game suppliers is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

12 Changes to These Terms

5djl reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Where practical, we may also notify registered players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the 5djl platform after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
